What is the process and how can I get job?

engineering in most provinces is a regulated profession which mean you need certification from professional engineering organization to practice. Over that there isn't a huge demand for mechanical engineers that will make it possible to get jobs for those outside of Canada. You can try job portal but your best option would be trying express entry.
