Regarding Imm-5406 Signatures ? Plz Help

Hopefully somebody can respond.

I have mailed my app package.
Unfortunately yesterday while reading here on google, I saw that on this form 5406 3 signatures are required, Can somebody help me bcz there are no sections in this 5406 app form that requires 3 signatures.
I know that there was an old app form 5406 which required 3 signatures in the 3 sections.But not the 2013 one.
I am sponsoring my husband and we don't have any children or any other dependants.

i'm not sure what you are referring to. form 5406 is the additional family form that only requires the signature of the person filling out the form. there is no applicant form that requires 3 signatures. perhaps you are reading informtion wrong, or are not even looking at information for family sponsorship to canada. the only time i suspect 3 signatures are actually needed is when it needs to be notarized, ie: statutory declaration form.

stop using google to find reasons why your application is "wrong" and will be sent back. at this point, everything is out of your hands, and if CIC needs anything to complete or process your application, they will lt you know.

I DON'T KNOW REALLY IM SAD AND WORRIED.
I HAVE COMPLETED AND SENT EVERYTHING AS ITS SUPPOSED TO BE. BUT YES THERE WAS A OLD FORM FOR THIS 5406 ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION THAT REQUIRED 3 SIGNATURES FOR EACH SECTION
SECTION 1. FOR SPOUSE
SECTION 2.FOR CHILDREN
SECTION 3. FOR BROTHER AND SISTER.
BUT THERE ARE NO SUCH A 3 SIGNATURES ON THE NEW FORM.

Hello!!

Just wanted to let you know that form 5406 for immigration to Canada is additional family information. You do not require 3 signatures anywhere. You just have to sign and date it. Don't stress yourself out over this. What new form of 2013 are you talking about??

Hey

I double checked the 2014 5406 forms for you and nowhere does it say you need 3 signatures. You need addresses and emails but nothing else. Relax and don't stress yourself out. If CIC needs any additional info from you they will contact you. You have done your best and now relax and pray and DONT STRESS

Additional Family Information Form IMM 5406(04-2008) E its an old one, in this form you needed to sign 3 times if required..

(this old form has 4 sub sections, and section A, section B and section D requires signatures

Additional Family Information Form IMM 5406(09-2013) E its a new one, in this form you only need to sign 1 time.. that's compulsory

(this new form has 4 sub sections and in the 4rth section D requires to be signed..

For this form, since I have a spouse, I understand each of us need to fill this form and sign our own? meaning I need to submit 2 same form, one form has my parents/brothers/sisters which I will sign. THen other will be my spouse parents/brothers/sisters and he will sign? Please advise. THanks

If a Canadian citizen or PR is sponsoring his or her spouse, the spouse fills out the form. The sponsor does not. If both are immigrating to Canada (for example in the federal skilled worker class) then both fill out the form.
