If one gets admission without IELTS than is it necessary to appear for IELTS ?
I am confused about this :/
After all the hard work i did to secure admission without IELTS !! Still i would need to appear for IELTS regarding Visa Process

which country r u from? depends on ur country and its always a good idea to take IELTS to improve ur chances of visa....

well in pakistan u dont need IELTS for visa but if u get no less than 6 and overall 6.5+ will be sufficient score.

I signed a document checklist at VAC-Karachi and it was written on it that IELTS is strongly recommended.

its recommended but not mandatory....people have got visa without one..however i feel ur visa chances improve if u add IELTS. ur going to a mostly english speaking country adding proof u know english is beneficial.

Agreed. However if the offer from the university/college is unconditional, dependent on language proficiency proof, then it's a must have.

6.0 or more in each band, overall 6.5 should be good enough.
