Do I need to notarized my gift deed for POF requirement or should I just type it on doc file and upload it.

Do I need to notarized my gift deed for POF requirement or should I just type it on doc file and upload it.

The gift deed will have to be executed and drafted in accordance with the law of the country of residence. If it is India, then it has to be in accordance with the Transfer of Property Act.

A gift deed is not an affidavit.
