Regarding GIC and Loan-should I go with just the loan sanction letter or GIC

Hi I am in a situation I have got my loan sanctioned for 700,000. I have paid the first year fee of 10,000 CAD what should I do should I apply with just the loan sanction letter or should I go for GIC, I have got admission in VIU MA in Sustainable leisure management ....I am going with University checklist !!!! please help !!! GIC is better and good choice but not compulsory. Loan letter will do.

Choose with whatever you are comfortable with.
