regarding funds required

i am indian citizen
my queries are regarding funds required
as said in cic.gc.ca site that u must have funds in the form of cash, fd and owned proerty . but we cant include jewllery and car asa funds
acorrding to some people we cant show prperty as fund
ist to true
how can we ignore the web site information regarding funds?
plz comments

There are several discussions elsewhere in this forum about 'proof of funds'. Just scroll down and look for it, where you can find many opinions. What I understand is, the property should be registered in the name of the applicant and must support with a valuation certificate from a lawyer.
