Hi Friends,

1) While submitting my initial application to the CIC,Sydney,I mentioned that I have $25,000 but I have around $15,000 in my account.

Do you think I should download another form and mention $15000 on the form and submit to the buffalo visa office along with other documents or I should keep $25,000 on the form, which I don't have?.

I also mentioned that I have highest score in all the sections of the IELTS to CIC,Sydney but I will be 4 short of 67.

Shall I mention my scores on the new form to the visa office in Buffalo or I should not make any changes and the the copy of the same forms which I sent to CIC,Sydney should be submitted to the buffalo visa office, visa office will evaluate all the information and decide my scores accordingly.

2)I am not expecting a decent score in my IELTS exam.Hence,I will be 4 short of 67 .However,I will be done with MBA on 12th August,2010.I will submit my transcript to the visa office(Buffalo) if they accept then my points would be 68 and I will be considered for the federal skilled program irrespective of the shortage of points.

I will be able to submit my transcript around 16th or 17 august 2010 to the buffalo office. As per the OP6 guidelines if they have not sent me the rejection letter then they have to accept my transcript but if they have opened my file prior to receiving my transcript then I will surely be rejected.

What do u think about the buffalo office?.Will they open my file immediately or they will keep it for a month, issue me AOR and then my application will be opened?

If they take one month to issue AOR then they will have to accept my transcript as per the rules.

What do u guys think?.

Now IELTS is a must. If you are doing MBA, cracking IELTS should not be a issue.

As per new rule, after 26 June they would not accept any application without IELTS
