Hi
I was an international student and currently on work permit. have completed almost 9 months on skilled job in mannitoba so will be eligible for PNP in 3 months. However I did 4 months skilled job in thunder bay ontario in property management so that makes me eligible for CEC. I had few questions
1. My employer from ontario is having a small business could that be an issue ?
2. which documents i am supposed to submit from my previous employer for CEC ?
3. That employer is not very reliable to answer any inquiry call or emails properly, that can be an issue?
4. Does that affect my file processing TIME
5.Should I go for CEC or PNP in this situation.
Thank you in advance

Irrespective of time of job and province of work you can go for whatever stream you want to as far as job NOC and all work related documents are authenticate and up to the mark. You have mentioned very few details but based on mentioned above I will try my best to answer below.

1. Employer with small business is not an issue as far as business running with at least 5 full time employees working currently and at least 3 years old when CIC process your file.

2. You must have to submit reference letter on company's letter head with proper duration of your work of employment, all pay stubs, t4s and notice of assessment from your accountant.

3. CIC may or may not call/email employer till they find something fishy. In your case as you mentioned in your first question that its was a small business they could contact employer if his business registered on residential address or if its newly started business or not so popular.

4. Usually it depends on file to file and officer to officer but you have to keep in mind that file processing depends on the ease of immigration officer to verify your experience. They will not approve your file until they are fully satisfied for your experience. Usually they can check your submitted pay stubs, T4s, CPP and EI etc anything that must be reported to Service Canada in order to authenticate your Canadian experience. They will not solely rely on your offer letter and pay stubs. that you are submitting.

5. Its your personal choice to choose which way you want to proceed but as you mention you already worked for 9 month in Manitoba you can take PNP of CEC from the same job if your current employer is accountable.

Feel free to ask any question here. Please don't create separate thread
All the best!

As long as IRCC can verify that it is a legitimate business, that is not an issue

2. which documents i am supposed to submit from my previous employer for CEC ?
Same as for any employer. The letter of reference is key. You can read about "Proof of Work Experience:" here -
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

3. That employer is not very reliable to answer any inquiry call or emails properly, that can be an issue?
If you cannot get the letter, it may be difficult for IRCC to accept the experience.

4. Does that affect my file processing TIME
?? Does what affect processing time?

5.Should I go for CEC or PNP in this situation.
You can do either or both, depending on your resources. If you CAN do CEC it is the cheaper, faster option.

Got it sir so whats your best recommendation if I wanna go for CEC now with both employers. I dont want to waste my time as I have everything ready for express entry.

only legitimate business is not enough, for some NOC categories where employee is showed on any supervisory or managerial position, company should be in position to hire a manager having few employee working full time. IN very small business with very few employees and company registered on residential address can make officer think to authenticate experience. What I mean is having just a letter is not enough always.

Recommendation about what? Sorry, I'm not sure what the question is...
