Hi, there!
Myself is Mohit . I have work experience of 11 mths and 5 days in India as Assistant Professor 48 ??? hours per week as per site instruction can i claim for one year points as 30hours per wk for one year i.e 1560 hrs ???
As now i am on work permit after study in Canada and having job offer in the same field.but that is not LMIA .pls.help
 
Almost all the Seniors here agree with this fact that 1 year = 52 weeks work irrespective of hours you have worked as long as they are 30 or more per week. So simple equation that has to be used is 52x30=1560.

You can't use " less than 52 weeks x more than 30 hrs/week = 1560hrs or more"

Neither can you use "more than 52 weeks x less than 30 hrs/ wk = 1560hrs"
