Dear friends

I am working in Vancouver Canada since 2016 with one year contract which ends on 2017 March, but recently my employer broke the contract in between because of lack of projects,
They requested me to search for a new job and as per the talks my contract is ending next week ,I have my temporary residence visa which valid still March 2017

Now I am in a situation where I need to go to my home town (India) for my marriage, which all planned before,

My question is because of my contract is broken with the current employer and I only have Temporary residence visa valid till 2017 march,
is it going to affect the Re-Entry for me to come back Vancouver after marriage ,do I have to find a new job to Re-enter Canada

I am in a very bad situation, dear all requesting to please please help with your valuable knowledge and suggestions
Thanks in Advance

If you had a closed work permit and your employer broke the contract you can't work without getting another LMIA. If you are on open work permit, you don't have any problem as long as you have enough funds to show at re-entry (if they ask for it at all). I think your visitor visa would be still valid unless it states otherwise.
