Moreover, i have 1 year work exprience as well in procurement department of evershine industries company limited Pakistan. my question is that am i eligible for Express entry program?

Let me lay it down for you where work experience is concerned.

For Skilled work experience, your work experience must be:

1. At least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time,
2. Paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships do not count),
3. In the same job,
4. within the last 10 years, and
5. At skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC).

You must show that you did the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC, including all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.

If you cannot show that your work experience meets the description in the NOC, you are not eligible under this program.

z1234 this has all been written before on the sticky threads, so it would be good if you spent some time researching. The forum users have a very short patience threshold with repetitive posts.

So in answering your question about experience, I'm sorry to say that your one year unpaid work in procurement would make you ineligible for express entry.

I don't know why but it seems you are not understanding.

Unpaid work cannot be used to prove work experience in your current field.

i got it unpaid exprience doesnt count. could you tell me , when we apply for express entry program, in the work exprience , i got regarding work exprience that we have to upload our job certificate and but do we have to upload our payslips also? and last question is that do we have to tell about job description and job duties as well?

The only mandatory document is your reference letter.

Your job descriptions and duties are in your reference letter, so you don't need to mention them.

regarding work experience , i have 2 reference letter, one is regarding internship and other one is full time around 1.5 year i did some work, so its fine han they didnt mention my salary package on those reference letter , only they mention my role

Your salary package will need to be outlined on your job letter (including benefits you have received while employed with the firm). Providing copies of pay slips isn't exactly necessary from what I have researched, but people seemed to have sent in pay slips as it only helps the weight of your reference letter and entire PR application.
