Hi. My husband is permanent resident in Canada. I am living in India. I have done masters from India.My husband is sponsoring me under spouse category. I wanna ask that for further studies or education related jobs in Canada, Do i need Educational Credentials Assessment?

Depending on the jobs you are looking for, I recommend that you do your credential assessment.
For PHD for example, you will need it. If you wanna teach, you might be asked for the equivalency of your diplomas.
It has no direct effect for spousal sponsorship, as it doesn't ask if you have equivalency for your studies in none of the forms.
I did mine, used University of Toronto. It took me around 5 months. The process is not that difficult but again I suggest you to do it when you are in India because you might want to go to your uni to send your transcripts to the ECA institution.
