Regarding ECA Diploma, Job, age criteria, period of staying Canada etc.

Dear sir, thanks for immediate reply and help, i completed 12th Standard from Govt. of Andhra board india, Diploma in Applied Art, Diploma in Graphic Designing in private institute and Apprentice Training in Photography from JJ Schoool of Art, Government college, Mumbai, for all Diplomas and 12th Std i have to do ECA, what is the minimum IELTS band to work in Canada after getting work permit, can i get a job at the age of 53 years ( in my field or any other field, any job) kindly suggest can i come to Canada with Tourist Visa, approx how many month i have to wait to get work permit , i have no idea, kindly suggest and approx how much funds required for single person till to get work permit?
