Regarding degree certificate

Hello Sir/mam,
Please advise that for ECA the WES is asking for the clear and legible copy if degree certificate. Do I need to Send it attested OR without attested to WES. I have allready Sended my Transcript to WES and they have accepted it. Now they are asking for copy if degree certificate. Please Advise for save my time. Thanks

Attested. In a stamped sealed envelope by the university
