My company applied to extend my status between Month of Aug-Oct. As per the application, we need the exact date to mention for the "Date you applied to extend your status"? I don't have this date anywhere, as the company applied for me and I didn't know when it was applied. Question: What date should I mention "Date you applied to extend your status?"
Extended WP Period: Dec-2019 to Dec-2021
