Hello guys

I visted Canada last year for short visit just to complete landing formalities,

Now I am going to Canada this year for permanent settlement , however during my first visit , I didnt declare B4E form , now as I am carry complete computer set ( desktop/UPS/CPU/keyboard/mouse etc )
for my studies , Do I need to carry computer bill and will customer department impose any customer tax on me ?

In theory, you can present a B4 when you return, as this is the FIRST time that you are arriving as a new "settler". However, when I did that 10 months after a 5 day short landing, CBSA refused to accept it. I believe that they were wrong in law, but I wasn't forced to argue that point as we had a backup available.
