A company cannot give you a work permit. You apply for this. The company can only apply for an LMIA, which takes 4-6 months as they have to advertise the job first. A bit more information would be required, like the offer letter you received (taking out personal information) and the name of the Company.

The fact that you even asking about it is a good indication that such an offer is a fake.
