Regarding changes in the educational assessment procedure

Hey guys,
was wondering if any of you can offer some help on the revised process for getting a university transcript from Delhi University. the previous process involved oneself getting the transcript, and then sending it to the evaluation agency; however, now it is the university that needs to send the same. the web links for DU's process do not have the new process mentioned. Is there anyone out there, with an insight into this new rule, particularly regarding Delhi University.

You folks just have to get a fully documented letter from the Institution. I was shocked that you had any access to mark sheets. North Americans are completely used to the University sealing the letter. Fake documents were becoming a real pain. We have done it that way for 50 years.
