regarding change spouse work history

i had submitted a express entry profile a year ago, now that profile has been expired. In that profile my wife was main applicant. As a spouse a filled my work expirnce as a lecturer. now I want to apply again as main applicant. and i want to change my profession lecturer to as farmer supervisor. does it effect on profile or not?

You will not only have to create a new profile, but an entirely new GC key with your information as a primary applicant as opposed to your wife. Other than that, no other implications.

but t he thing is, i want to be main applicant with new agriculture experince(farmer supervisor) but in previous case my wife was main applicant. then i what i do now..

Exactly what I told you. You need to create a new GC Key, and a completely new EE profile for yourself, where you will be the main applicant and your wife a dependent. You will not be able to use current profile to make the change you are talking about.
