Did you graduate and from which institution? In most of universities/colleges you need at very least 2.0 to be considered graduated I believe

I already graduated from st. Clair windsor college. And I received transcripts and completion letter.

If you are officially graduated then I dont think IRCC will have a problem with your GPA
