I am planning to get PR in Canada after my 2 years of study in Canada and min 1 year or work exp in Canada.
Then after , I will apply for PR under CEC .
So do I need min 460 or the points that will be at that time to qualify or there is another pool to CEC ?
Plz clarify my doubts. I didn't get much information from website.
Plz tell me .

It's impossible to say. It will depend what the point cut off is at the time you are applying.

There is only one pool. IRCC has done a few draws that were CEC specific. However these are very rare and you should not assume this will happen at the time you are applying for PR.

You should assume that you will need to complete against FSW applicants. A score of 460 is not guaranteed to be high enough to be selected. You want to be aiming for a score of 470+.

I totally agree.
I am just asking that for CEC is there any other pool or I have with all others in express entry ? Then what is the use of CEC then ?

It's all one pool.

CEC gives you extra points for having at least one year of skilled Canadian work experience.

But there is also option for other to select the work exp ( Canada )when calculating in CRS score calculator . Isn't it ?there are two options Canada and foreign work exp options

Yes, you can enter both Canadian and foreign work experience and get points for both.

So I didn't get the point of CEC ? When we can put both exp in CRS score calculator in express entry then what is the motive of CEC ? I am very confused.

CEC Peeps get extra points for Canadian education & Canadian experience,

The 1 year experience can be a mix & match between different Nocs , making it even more flexible.

For FSW stream, candidates need continuous work of at least 1 year to get it to count , meaning you cannot quit or have any disruption in between jobs unlike CEC candidates. It's a small but actually quite important differences.

Yes but still that isn't helping.
Considering my age as 25 when I file PR
IELTS 6.5 each
2 years Canadian education
1 years candian work exp
And all things .
I still am not close toh even 450.
It is around 420-430.

Your IELTS score is too low. You need to achieve a higher score in IELTS. You will be leaving a lot of points on the table with a score of just 6.5. That is easy to fix.

You can consider learning French so that you can get points for this language as well.

Take a Master's in Canada to increase your education score.

Still it will be only 440 or 450.

With a Master's and also learning French? I don't think so. It will be higher.

Anyway - your choice what you do. We are only offering suggestions.

Masters i am not eligible as I have completed bsc from India.
Being a student I don't have any exp from India.
So it will be tough for me to get PR right ?

CEC draws are done differently , Just try your best to improve your score . I am sure you will get a invitation ifi you have score between 445 - 460 under CEC dont worry
