Regarding CCTB and UCTB

Hello,
I would like to know if I can collect CCTB and UCTB for my child if I take her out of Canad.

we will be leaving Canada for around 3 months so would like to know if I can collect the CCTB AND UCTB while I am
away from Canada and also If I don't inform them how will they figure it out that I am not in the country.

Confused if I should inform or not.

You should always inform them of things like that because when you are not sure about something and you decide to take benefits you might not be entitled to and hope they wont find out, if they do find out, you'd be on the hook for fraud.
