Regarding address history

i have a query regarding my address history.. Actually stayed at my hometown from birth to july 2008and then moved to chandigarh from aug 2008 to jan 2015.and then from jan 2015 till date i am staying at my home address.. Although my both pcc's have same details but my consern is in express entry form i filled as follows
From birth to till date hometown
Nd in secnd column mentioned the Dates when i ws in chandigarh.. Will it create issues?????

change it in your PR application as 3 entries.

But the problem is my file has already been submitted.. Even same details were submitted on A form.. Is it a serious issue?

its probably not a serious issue. upload a letter of explaination through CSE webform.
