I am planning to land in Toronto in March, 2017. I have no contacts in Toronto, And I am Ontario Provincial Nominee
How can i start looking for accommodation in Toronto?
Which is the best place to settle in Toronto for new immigrants??

Not necessary. People immigrate or emigrate Canada or extended staying in another country all the times.

All International airports are good to land. You will have to check the passenger traffic operating hours for land / marine borders.

What did I not understand? You assumed the OP being settled in Canada. But it's not necessary. Many people emigrate to another country or returned to home country all the times.
