Regarding 10 years history

I have heard that you need to show 10 years history somehwere. Need guidance on that. How to do that. Any links.

no links, did you receive ITA? its nothing special, just write what have you been up to past 10 years, for example 2007-2010 education, 2010-2013 work .. or unemployed, homemaker ... etc etc

No I am waiting for WES evaluation. At what stage this has to be provided? And how can I do that. Do I have to enter it while making my CIC profile.

When you get ITA.

Does it go in letter of explanation or some other form that appears after receiving ITA.

You dont have to worry about it, its after ITA.. you have a section with Personal history and you enter it in the profile line by line (month/year, type of activity...), no LOE needed except you have to explain something, then you put it in LOE.
