regading LMO rejections in ontario

Hi. I was applied for LMO on June 10, 2014. I just got reply yesterday that they stopped issuing LMO's from June 06, 2014. I am not able to see any information regarding the dates they are talking about. it was not related to food department. if anybody knows about it and have the same issue, please reply.

June 6 was the date that ESDC eliminated the advertising exemption for workers with a PGWP... From June 6 forward, employers applying for an LMO for PGWP holders have to comply with the advertising requirements...

My employer got approved for a positive LMO for me in May 2014. I already applied online on June 10, 2014. CIC website says normal processing times for online work permit takes about 14-16 days (they change it every week)… so technically, it has been 19 days for me. I uploaded everything they're requiring (LMO, job offer, etc.) it seems like it's taking so long.. or do weekends count as working days for them or not?
