I have submitted the schedule 4 form but when I check the whole application, its coming REPLACEMENT PROVIDED and on other documents which I uploaded earlier, the status PROVIDED is coming. Is it fine or whether I make any error in uploading?

2ndly, how CIC verifies the EXPERIENCE? Are they going to call the company people, email them or personal visits?? Any idea

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Check the attachment and if it isnt their redo it.

Well to verify experience, entirely depends upon what documents your provided, how authentic the officer thinks it is, does everything checks out as per their requirement. If required, he may call your company to verify. So get ready for the worse and expect the best.
 
Also I have filed the application on 30th NOV but till now the ELIGIBILTY is coming REVIEW IN PROGRESS.. Is it normal and for how many days this status will be there on my CIC? and I donot have the access to ecas as well... How much time it will take??

This is normal. You need not panic. Ecas is have issues lately so dont worry about it either.

Once you upload, you will see the name of the file appear. Just check if it shows and you are good to go.

The name of the file is appearing but instead of PROVIDED, its coming REPLACEMENT PROVIDE.
