Reg CEC number of applications accepted

I have submitted my P.R file under CEC. Today 22nd DEC its showing its been delivered to CIC in NS. Very Important question link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/applications-accepted.asp which is showing Overall CAP received till Nov 26 are for AOR generated ones. or for the total number of files received during that period.

It's very important question for December applicants including me to know about total no of CAPS filled.

I think, it means that many application number get generated and their application is placed into processing.
