I got refusal fo 2 times for study permit for the same reason that you will not leave canada cfter your study. What will i do please help me .i will reapllr with change in SOP or order CAIPS notes and then reapply

Provide all the information that you sent to IRCC if you'd like advice. This is a very common refusal reason.

Apply for GCSM notes, you will know exact reason that will help you build a stronger SOP
