May I inquire our case. My partner is a mexican citizen and he has no Visa required to enter Canada if he does it by land but he flew and got denied entry as they searched him and found his phone and read conversations of me having a baby. They refused him to enter and flew him back to the US as he is under DACA status which actually doesn't allow him to comeback anymore.

I would like to ask if there's an option for him to apply a work permit with nomination program to overcome this refusals and be with me on my labor. It is very frustrating being alone with no family to be with. Conjugal sponsorship will take a year.

Having his dual intention of being with his family while working and show that after the period of his stay he will leave if PR processing is not yet done. Will he get a chance to re-enter Canada via border and speak with border officer for the application of his work permit?

Thank you in advance. Any advise will be helpful at this complicated situation.

Given his DACA status he wouldn’t qualify for any work permit from the US. You could easily get married in the US so you wouldn’t qualify for conjugal sponsorship. Getting a TRP is your only option for him to be there for the labour but there is no guarantees. What is your status in Canada? It is confusing based on your previous posts. Have you landed as a PR? It seems like you were getting PR based on a job offer.

To qualify for a work permit - he would need to have a job offer and likely an approved LMIA from an employer in Canada. Does he have these things? Even if he does, hard to say what the chances of the work permit being approved are given his previous refusal and DACA status in the US.

I would focus on sponsoring him for PR. Realistically, this is the fastest thing that will get him here. As said above, you won't qualify under conjugal. You either need to get married or live together for a year to become common law.
