Refused super visa

Hi there! I applied for my father’s super visa and got refused for the ff reasons, travel history and financial status. I am going to apply again this month and now we will be attaching his bank certificate and assets and travel history. I just have a question, on the application for there is a question 2b) have you ever been refused a visa or permit denied entry or order to leave canada or other country or teritory. 2c) have you previoulsy tried to enter or remain in canada.

Since the first time got refused should i answer yes in both questions? Please need your help! Thank you so much!

thank you so much! and should i just explain the reason for refusal? i am thinking of saying that on the new application we have attached his bank cert and assets and travel history. or should i just focused on the reason for refusal?

Generally, parents are not refused super visas for these reasons. More often it is because the host has not proved that s/he meets LICO. These refusal reasons are typical for TRV refusals.

You may want to:
1. Recheck if the previous application was incorrectly assessed for a TRV.

2. Order GCMS notes to know more about the refusal.

3. Evidence will impact a decision along with relevant explanations

4. Do focus/reassess his complete application for any gaps. Don't focus on just the refusal reasons
