I applied to get a working holiday, and all of process was completed without FBI clearance. I got FBI clearance and submitted it on the website. But, after few days, they sent me email and said that they refused me because my application does not meet the requirements of the IRPA and IRPR. And, they said that I DID NOT complete with their request which was FBI clearance. I don't understand why they said that. I submitted it before the deadline. I checked whether I did not submitted it or not. It was submitted not the website. I tried to contact with IRCC, but I'm outside of Canada, so I cannot contact with them by this number(1-888-242-2100). What should I do? I have to give up to get the visa? They said to welcome to reapply it. But, how long does it take a time and how much I have to pay for it? Please help me.
