Refused due to big data they did not receive tha police clearance

Good day everyone i just want to
Ask ur opinon my father done his medical already and they asked me for police clearance and some other requirement, i sent it thru email. Then i received letter that they did not receive the police clearance that why they refused it, do u think i can able to make an appeal.? Thanks in advance

I'm not sure about appeals. It may be cheaper and less time-consuming to re-apply.

If you check your GCKey account, can you see all the documents that were submitted?

If you sent the documentation properly and on time, you can ask for the app to be reopened. You can involve your MP.

So you have a copy on your email showing that it was sent with the date on it as proof? You should be able to contact cic and explain this. Unless they asked for originals and you only sent copies through email? Either way, you can appeal as long as it was an outland application. You'll most definitely get an ADR which means you won't need to do a full hearing, but it still takes a few months to get the adr.

There is a difference between them not receiving a police clearance and them not receiving it. Do you think the email never arrived, or do you think they refused to accept the document you submitted as a police clearance?

Did you get a reply message telling you that the server had rejected your file because it was too big? There are instructions on the CIC site for how to do that.

If you have proof that you sent it, I would suggest contacting cic and explain the situation before trying to appeal.. You will get the appeal but it will take months
