I applied to canada visit visa.My husband stays in saskatchewan and i am doing my compulsory rotary internship in BDS from february.I was rejected visa.
Grounds for refusal:
· Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your purpose of visit, travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

What documents should I include so that I get visit visa this time.

Thank you in advance

You would need to explain:
What is a 'compulsory rotary internship in BDS'?
Why is your rotary internship considered as compulsory?
BDS = Bachelor of Dental Surgery??
Is it paid internship?
For how long would you intern?

1. What is your husband's immigration status?

2. How long did you want to visit? Purpose of your visit?

3. What documents did you submit?

4. Did you demonstrate strong ties: Employment (not the internship)/ property ownership or a lease agreement/ do you have children/ good financial situation without borrowing from anyone?

5. Have you traveled to any visa-required countries (US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, Japan, etc)?

Hi Bryanna,

My internship is a part of my bachelor of dental surgery.I will be completing it in march 2019.I got married three months back i.e., on april 2nd 2018.And I stay in hostel not with my mother in law.The purpose of my visit is to see tourist attractions in canada with my husband. He is under work permit visa. And I dont have any properties on my name.I feel the strong tie to my home country is my internship. If I dont come back and join internship the university doesnt give my dental degree. And all my original certificates are with the university even my highschool.

Please answer all of Bryanna's questions. How long is your planned visit? What countries have you traveled to previously? Etc. We need to understand your full profile and can't do that unless you provide all answers requested.

2. I have no travel history as I was in my academics I wasnt having time and oppurtunity to visit any country.

3.The documents I provided were
a) Marriage certificate
b) NOC from my college
c) Air ticket both to and fro
d)invitation letter
e)cover letter
f)my marks card of first, second, third and fourth year of bds
g)my husband’s paystubs of 6months

4.If I dont come back and join my internship I will not be awarded my dental degree and my original certificates of schooling will not be returned to me unless and untill I complete my internship. It is not paid internship. And except this I dont have any strong ties.My internship is till march 2019.
