Hi Everyone, I am new here, and we just got refused. I am looking for some help.

I applied Common-law and application was refused by Port of Spain. My partner (sponsor) is currently in Toronto right now

Outland application refused, should we get married and reapply outland, should I go to Canada and live with my sponsor and apply or should I appeal?

I have a valid visitor visa will I have problems traveling?

If you were refused Outland, you would be in for a world of trouble trying to re-apply Inland. You would wait 11-12 months only for them to send your file to a local office, and depending on how busy that office is, you could wait another 12-18 months for an appointment.

It may also be difficult for you to re-enter Canada on a TRV, because you have now demonstrated intent to remain in Canada permanently, so expect a lot more scrutiny if you try to re-enter following that refusal.

Well I am hoping to attend for my daughter's wedding in Toronto, my visa expires in Oct her wedding is in Aug? Do you think I will be allowed in

I cannot say, it's not up to me. All I can say is expect more scrutiny and be prepared for a harder time than you've had before.
