Hi

We received ITA via Express ENtry and had submitted documents. We got emil stating that there was message in your application case. When we clicked on it the message would not open. we tried to download it and open it but it still would not open. We immediately sent a message via web form.
We got refusal from CIC stating that we did not provide documents.
After we got refusal , we got email from their support telling us about issues with Chrome and their website.

Is there some way we can salvage this application?

Any help/advice is appreciated?
 
Write again in detail about the complete scenario and also share some screen shots in support and if there was a glitch which cause miscommunication they might take your request in consideration and reopen the case .? Did you receive any email about the refund of your application fee.?
What was your AOR?
