hi ! i ve discussed details of my refusal with a lawyer, but confused & what are the hopes,no definite assurance from him, every body trying to gulp the money, should i apply new, what to do ? anyone to guide.

I think it totally depends on why you were refused what your chances are.

I have brifely described ,in my first post ,the matter few days back, plz refer back to it,. you may find an answer

Right, I looked at it. I think you could appeal if you don't agree with them with the points. Maybe you can amend your application by adding points now for experience you have gained since you applied. If not, maybe you have to apply again. Immigration is big and moves slowly. It's something we have all had to deal with.

If you hire a lawyer, google his name to see if you can find something good or bad about him. If he seems good, you should pay him because he can fix your case faster than you can do it but like everybody, he will not work for free. Everybody needs to make a living, you , me and lawyers too.

The OP has 30 days to convince the Program Manager that an error was made, otherwise it is Leave to Appeal to the Federal Court, on the basis that there was an error in law.
