My elderly disable mom badly need a caregiver. I have sponsored my niece as foreign care giver but her application was denied based on decision that she has not successfully meet the secondary equivalent education in Canada. She took the nursing course but did not finished, but she had enough experienced that my mom loved her to take care of her here. Please help I need her help so bad I am willing to send her to school here after work. Please advise. Thank you so much!
