Hi everyone,
I need help. I received a medical exam request in the middle of October and finished medical exam by the end of October. Then, received refusal letter from CIC two weeks later. The reason is they didn't satisfy about my job details and pay stub I prepared and applied a year and half ago. I'm very confused. I thought I passed all the document parts and received medical exam part.
I need to know is what I can do from now and what kinds of documents or letters are strong enough to receive my PR in Canadian Experience Class.

You need to know about docs for CEC........ Did you not apply for CEC this time?

Did you have a reference letter as a supporting document?

waiting to see your rejection email ?

The OP (CTS) has been offline since this thread was posted. We definitely need his/her input to see what really happened. This is the first time I'm hearing a rejection because of eligibility after medical request.

There is another case ( user hello12345 ), whose application was previously set failed based on the GCMS, but he got MR and RPRF after ecas was Decision made.

My VO (JP5777) usually does not respond to my emails within the first 4 days. However, after a reminder email after 4 days, I usually got response the next business day. I've not got any response from him since last 8 days, even after reminder email.

I'm going crazy analyzing trackers, checking timelines..

Anyways, lets wait for the OP to respond.

Just wondering why you sent the reminder emails, they specifically tell you in the automated response that it does not speed things up.

My first email to Ottawa was not responded in 12 days. After a follow up email, I got reply next day. For the next 3 emails, I followed up after 4 days and I got response immediately after follow up. Some of follow ups were done because of urgency.

Anyways, lets wait for CST to come back on this issue.

What are all these email your are talking about? Not familiar with your case and cant really follow the thought of urgency here... I noticed that you got MR. If you finished that and are waiting for PPR/COPR, whats the urgency, if you dont mind me asking?

except the last email, all emails were sent prior to getting MR.. i had some complications while adding my spouse to my file: police certificates were lost (and found !), had a deadline to respond to a request about adding my spouse.

The last email was to get a confirmation that medicals are received, no response yet. i'm eagerly waiting for PPR because my employer has hinted me to go back to home country this year end. i desperately need PR to get a new job.

Aaaah, fair enough. For a moment I thought it was just a slew of pointless emails and I was gonna say the usual...its not gonna speed things up, but quite the opposite. I get ya though! If they lost sh*t and you are changing conditions, its completely understandable.

As for your employer....dont listen to that. You are at the 1 yard line. Tough it out and things will get better. Almost there; just hold on!
