hi .last week I resived a letter saying :
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

You did not mention much but this refusal means your ties to Canada are too strong and you haven't demonstrated strong enough ties to your home country. IRCC thinks you have plans to remain in Canada than just visit it.

You can reapply the same way you applied in the first place. However, you're going to keep getting denied with such a purpose of visit.
