Refuse study permit Extension pl...help.help

Hi all
I apply study permit Extension on 3rd march.and i have msg today from cic and refuse study permit.my last date study permit 1st may 2017.what can i do. Any option for reapply or anything . I am study in icm (Winnipeg) up to 21st april and give exam also.when I apply study permit Extension (3/3/2017).but after application‚ i chang my mind and i get admission in fanshew college (london , ontario) and paid fee also for may intake in business course for 2 year. So. Help ...
