Refuse PR visa without interview?

Hello all

My husband's status has been updated to "Decission made"

I am a bit surprised and nervous, instead of being happy. Given that mine was a complicated case (second marriage, short courtship, short duration between divorce and marriage and other complications , see my previous posts) I was expecting my husband to be interviewed. However, decission has been made without interview or requesting additional documents.

Can the application be rejected without interview?

I think usually they approve it without interview for sponsoring a spouse , for my case updated decision made without interview

if they requested the passport !!! dont worry it will be back with the visa stamped... congratulations
