My husband had applied for 10 years multiple tourist visa. But embassy refused his visa giving the same reason which were given when his cousin got refusal.. should we try ah

Reasons are same
1. You have link in canada. But we have not mention any relative or friend in Canada.
2.financial status in not sufficient. But I have sufficient amount in my account.
