Is embassy put refusal STAMP on the Passport or they only post refusal letter?

Old threads on this forum suggest that they used to stamp passport with the rejection stamp a while back but now they just send a refusal letter along with the passport.

IT MEANS THEY DON'T PUT REFUSAL STAMP ON PASSPORT.

I THINK THATS GUD FOR ALL STUDENTS.

they don't put the stamps anymore because their system has tremendously grown. All embassies, Crime institutions and other Authorities can access this information in seconds. This just means that they do not waste papers of your passport. Other than that only applicant's are on the losing side.

how can VO can judge that the student will not come back to thier country??

i mean hw can a person judge a student's intension?there r thousand of students got visa whoz intension was only to get visa not to study there.

i think VO's would be the first 1 to enter into hell at the end of day

i think it depends on ur student profile and ur attachment to ur home country and family ..

They will try to check your family ties, like your land/property/work profile of your parents etc to verify that. Obviously they know many of us will stay there but they still want to verify family ties as a useless person in India will be a useless person in Canada and be burden on them (Canadian Government pays people earning under some amount or earning nothing an amount to buy, live and fulfill basic necessities and people tend to take benefit of this program very often). This doesn't mean a person with no land or property is useless (as many qualified people don't have either of them) but they just want to make sure there are possible chances that if needed a person is capable and has something to come back to.

From your family information form, remember they have access to a lot of information than you can imagine :). They can verify it the way they want.

The first and foremost thing is your intention. If you have a genuine intention of study, you will get visa
