Refusal on refugee claim

Hi I recieved my notice of decision. Unfortunately its refusal.
Bt there is mentioned I can appeal at federal court but no date mention until when I can submit .
Plus I didn't get any appeal form.
Please guide me how to appeal now anyone else in same boat ?

But I recieved letter today but it was issued in 16th November so how I can count days to apply

Did your lawyer receive the letter directly and then provide the letter to you? Or did you receive the letter directly from IRCC?

I recieved today by canada post directly in my mail box

I received a copy today
On refusal paper issued date is 16th November
And I recieved today .

If you received it today, then you have 15 days from today to submit your appeal. As said above, you need a lawyer for this. If you have the money, your best option is to hire an experienced immigration lawyer yourself rather than relying on legal aid. If you don't have the money to hire a lawyer yourself, then contact a legal aid clinic in your area as soon as possible. I provided you with a link to one in your area in another one of your threads. In my Nod I have got only option to appeal in federal court.
Is that serious?
Or my removal order in effect now?
As I dont want to go on deportation as I have minor kids and my country really bad in accepting this

Your deportation will be on hold when you file for your appeal.

I am sorry you got refusal, I hope the appeal works for the best of you and your kids. when did you file your claim? And from which country, asking because I am still waiting for a hearing date since Feb2019 and this waiting is scaring me, I totally feel your struggle. Stay strong and good luck.

I submitted my claim on 27th feb2020
Got my work permit by 10th March 2020
Hearing done by end of October
I'm from Pakistan
