Hi,

My family's visitor's visa was denied as they did not have sufficient financial support and no travel history. Can anyone please advise if it is possible to resubmit the application and how to do that? I am not looking for the process, rather want to know how to hit their denial decision.

Thank you.

Well...what did you submit for financial support and travel history in your first application?

For the next application to be successful you'll want to overcome the reasons for refusal, usually with additional evidence.

I was not the applicant, it was my SIL who we have invited to come.
From my end in Canada, I provided mine and my spouse's letter of employment with a mention of our salary.

Maybe you should also submit your bank statements in this case, at least 4 months.

The problem isn't at the Canada end, it is at the applicant's end. To successfully obtain a TRV, the applicant needs to demonstrate a strong tie to his/her home country, such as job, property, financial situation, and etc. And the more strong tie with Canada, the less likely the applicant will be granted a TRV.
