Refusal of pgwp because of transcript submission

i have applied for my post graduate work permit but i got an update from cic stating that i need to upload my official transcript instead of unofficial within 5 days and i did it within two days but their website kept showing uploaded not submitted to ircc and finally after two weeks they sent me refusal letter saying that i didnot provided them the official transcripts within given time . SO can some body help me with what should i do now as my study permit expired just 1 week ago.

Did you switch to visitor status before sp expired? If not it means you are out of status which means you have to apply for restoration to visitor and for pgwp again if you are still withing 180 days. You could also leave & apply for pgwp from outside Canada if you are within 180 days. I suggest tou talk to advisor at school or a proffessional.

When uploading files its a 2 step process, you upload and then need to submit.
