REFUSAL LETTER,WHAT'S NEXT??

Hi,Seniors! a friend of mine who is a TFW applied for a working permit with the condition to stay but when she submitted the application her previous working permit was already expired.Last week, she received a refusal letter.Is it true that she will then be getting a removal letter in a few days? What are her other options? pls help,thanks.

i think her permit expired on april 2013 not sure about the LMO though i forgot to ask her about it.

1. 90 days have passed so, she can't apply for restoration. So she should be getting a removal letter.
