I have got refusal today as the vo said that I will not leave the country at the end of the duration. What should I do to satisfy vo? I have no property in my name. So any other way to satisfy vo?? I have applied trv to attend a language workshop in Canada and I have the offer letter from them. So please advise me…

Needs more information full profile along with How long is the course/Where? How much in funds did you show? Are you fully vaccinated?

My workshop is for 5days in Quebec and I plan for 15days. I have applied with my wife and two kids and funds i have shown near about 40000$. Yes we both are fully vaccinated. What should I do now??

Where are you from? Who is running a 5 day workshop? French/English. So your wife and two kids were approved but you weren’t? If they were refused too,why is your family coming with you for an education workshop?

From India, we all refused, my family want to spend some good time in Canada.

Not leave country can mean anything - funds, travel history, home ties etc. You applied for your whole family for you to attend a language course. Again, you should be applying on your own if attending a workshop. Your workshop is 5 days so why would family travel with you for 5 days.

So if you want to attend the workshop, you apply on your own and show:

- funds
-ties to home country - job, family staying in India, property, investments
- course letter and paid fees
- explain why you need 5 day course and assume it is a French language course
- itinerary
- travel history

Again, you should be applying on your own if attending a workshop. Your workshop is 5 days so why would family travel with you for 5 days. How long were you planning on staying?

That may be one reason for refusal. VOs want to see travel history to US, UK, NZ or AUS. If you don’t have travel history, then VOs don’t know if you will be compliant and leave the country.

The funds that you're showing. Does that account have healthy transactions of credit and debit in the past 6 months or is it just a few big credit transactions? VO perceives it as a "manufactured" proof of funds. Sorry to hear that .... Is that refusal for your old application(December 2020) or is it for a new application that you submitted after September 7, 2021?

It doesn’t make sense to travel all the way to Canada for a 5 day language course which I assume is one of the reason for refusal. Traveling wit( your whole family would have also raised concerns. The fact that you have applied for immigration also creates concerns that your family plans on remaining in Canada not visiting.
