hi iv been refused my visa on the grounds i never uploaded a form but everything was sent. how do i go about appealing ??????

More information is needed to be able to assist you - what did you apply for?

Do you have proof of everything you submitted? That is, did you receive confirmation which included all the files you sent? If so, you can forward it to the visa office as proof that everything was submitted.

Alternatively, might be better to re-apply and cross check that everything is submitted. May be include a cover letter listing all that is submitted.

If ur LMO is still valid, u can reappply again, otherwise, u can do judicial review but u will need an attorney. And it will takd few months or even a year

@kelly871, SoonToBeCanadian032812 is right as long as your LMo is still valid, try to re-apply and provide the document(s) that you believed its not included in your last application. the surest thing to do before you submit your application is to double check, triple check the documents and also make copies of it for your reference..
